Privacy Policy
In short: DarkHand does not ask for an account, does not collect your personal data, and does not show ads. The game has no internet access of its own: your progress is saved only on your device and nothing is sent to us.
Who we are
DarkHand ("the game") is developed and published by Sıfır Dokuz Studio, the studio of an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play the game. You can reach us at darkhand@sifirdokuz.com.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store or sell personal information. The game does not require you to create an account or sign in. It asks for a player name to show in the game; that name stays on your device and is never sent to us. The game does not ask for your email address, contacts, location, photos or any other personal data.
Data stored on your device
Your player name and game progress — cards, decks, level, story progress, ranked points and settings — are saved locally on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data permanently deletes them.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your energy is full or a daily reward is waiting). They are created and shown on your device; nothing is sent to us or to a server. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in your phone's settings.
Advertising and analytics
The game currently contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
Third-party services
- Google Play handles the download and installation of the game. Google processes data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
- Unity is the engine the game is built with. The game does not request internet access, and Unity's analytics and crash reporting are turned off, so neither the game nor Unity sends information from your device.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you may ask what data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because we do not hold personal data, there is normally nothing to return or delete — but you are always welcome to contact us.
Emails you send us
The game's "Send feedback" button opens your own email app with a message to our support address. Below your message it fills in the game version, your phone model, its Android version and your current chapter, so that we can reproduce bugs. You can see and delete these lines, and nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. We use your email address and message only to answer you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Changes to this policy
If we add online features such as cloud saves, online matches, ads or purchases, we will update this policy before those features go live and change the effective date above.

Topladığımız bilgiler
Kişisel veri toplamıyor, saklamıyor ve satmıyoruz. Oyun hesap açmanı ya da giriş yapmanı gerektirmez. Oyunda görünmesi için bir oyuncu adı sorar; bu ad cihazında kalır, bize gönderilmez. E-posta adresini, rehberini, konumunu, fotoğraflarını veya başka bir kişisel verini istemez.
Cihazında saklanan veriler
Oyuncu adın ve oyun ilerlemen — kartların, destelerin, seviyen, hikâye ilerlemen, lig puanın ve ayarların — yalnızca cihazında saklanır, bize gönderilmez. Oyunu kaldırmak ya da uygulama verilerini temizlemek bu verileri kalıcı olarak siler.
Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verirsen oyun hatırlatmaları cihazında kurar (ör. enerjin dolduğunda ya da günlük ödülün beklediğinde). Bunlar cihazında oluşturulup gösterilir; bize ya da bir sunucuya hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Oyunun ayarlarından ya da telefonunun ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
Reklam ve analitik
Oyunda şu anda reklam, uygulama içi satın alma ya da üçüncü taraf analitik veya takip aracı bulunmuyor.
Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
- Google Play oyunun indirilmesini ve kurulmasını sağlar. Google verileri Google Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işler.
- Unity oyunun geliştirildiği motordur. Oyun internet erişimi istemez; Unity'nin analitik ve çökme raporlama özellikleri kapalıdır. Bu yüzden ne oyun ne de Unity cihazından bilgi gönderir.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
Hakların
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK), AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve benzeri düzenlemeler kapsamında hakkında hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Kişisel veri tutmadığımız için normalde iletilecek ya da silinecek bir şey olmaz, ama bize her zaman yazabilirsin.
Bize gönderdiğin e-postalar
Oyundaki "Geri bildirim gönder" düğmesi, destek adresimize yazılmış bir mesajla kendi e-posta uygulamanı açar. Mesajının altına hataları bulabilmemiz için oyun sürümünü, telefon modelini, Android sürümünü ve bulunduğun bölümü ekler. Bu satırları görebilir ve silebilirsin; e-postayı sen göndermedikçe hiçbir şey gönderilmez. E-posta adresini ve mesajını yalnızca sana cevap vermek için kullanır, artık gerekmediğinde sileriz.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Bulut kayıt, online maç, reklam ya da satın alma gibi özellikler eklersek, bu özellikler yayına girmeden önce politikayı güncelleyip yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz.
